Shipping Policy

MuddyPup currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Processing Time
Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time
For orders shipped to Indonesia, estimated delivery is generally 15–30 days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Multiple Items
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@shopmuddypup.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Customs and Import Charges
Depending on the destination and applicable regulations, an order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
